I have literally been out of town for most of the month of February and that should explain the lack of new blog post on my blog. I will however say along the way i have a had some awesome shoots. I have been in Seattle, Tacoma, San Francisco, Baltimore, Burlington and Brattleboro Vermont and NYC. I have shoot some amazing photographs and can not wait to share them with you. I will detail all my travels in future posts and will share with you the many awesome people that i have met along the way, the great food i have eaten as well as the fantastic music i have had the privelage to hear. There will be alot of changes coming to Tim Riddick Photography as well as alot of great projects that i will be working on with other people as well. In between traveling I had the privelage of shooting Ericca and Hector on Valentines Day which just happen to be one of the most amazing and intimitate weddings i have ever shot. Here is a small preview of a future blog post that will be coming soon!

This is a picture of my very moody chihuahua who is the sweetest guy at times but every now and then he will utter a little growl. He is the oldest of my three dogs and requires the littlest attention of the three. I just happen to catch him napping on the couch underneath his favorite blanket and let me tell you he is very tired for someone who does almost nothing during the day!

My father was born the same day as Dr. Martin Luther King so it has always been an easy way for me to remember my fathers birthday. As a kid growing up i can remember the forced remembrance of such historical figures such as Dr. King during the month of February and i have always been on the minority side of saying that i wished February was never African American History month. I have always felt that we need to celebrate African American history as American history. There is no difference between black america, hispanic america, asian america or white america. We are all Americans and have been blessed that we have had people such as Dr. King who have had the foresight to just think different and make our America today better for all Americans.
